We use investment casting, resin sand casting, lost foam casting, coated sand casting and other processes, and provide customers with one-stop service of casting/forging-heat treatment-machining. We provide metal parts services for customers in many industrial fields such as fluid industry, mining machinery, construction machinery, auto parts, rolling stock, food and medical industry, energy, metallurgy and so on.

Our annual output of metal parts exceeds 10,000t, including 1,000t investment castings, 3,000t sand castings, 3,000t forgings, 3,000t lost foam and coated sand castings, and the single weight of castings ranges from 0.03kg to 30000kg. The materials include martensitic stainless steel, austenitic stainless steel, duplex stainless steel, heat-resistant steel, wear-resistant steel, carbon steel, low-alloy steel, high-chrome cast iron, gray iron, ductile iron and copper alloy. In addition, we provide customers with special heat treatment and surface treatment services, giving metal parts excellent property of corrosion resistance, wear resistance and heat resistance.

Our precision machining workshop covers an area of 3000M2 and is equipped with 20 machining centers, 80 CNC lathes and other processing equipment to provide customers with various precision machining services.
